When Bert Fulks created "The X-Plan" in 2017 and posted it on his blog, he had no idea that it would go viral. But it did, hitting over 8 million views. "X-Plan" illuminates the importance of awakening your child's unique strength - while also taking an introspective look at your own life story to become a better parent.

Fulks is the founder and co-director of Empty Stone Ministry in West Virginia, where he ministers once a week to teenagers going through addiction recovery. He is a former psychology and history teacher and father of three.
