Decoding the science behind our body language to develop our intuition about others
There are thousands of self-proclaimed experts out there on social media proffering all kinds of fanciful ways to interpret non-verbal signals. Decoding body language is not just the latest fad though, it's an age-old concept. What some call “intuition” is an ability we all have within and can fine-tune if we pay attention to it. This ability holds the power to improve our social lives and even our mental health.

Based on these researchers' discoveries, this book provides a series of anecdotes and exercises to help us make the connection between how we understand the non-verbal signals of others and the empathy we can show towards them. This book shows us how this understanding can influence our lives and how the way we process non-verbal information can help us react properly and make decisions—often very quickly.
