TRUE FALSE

Miles Klee

New story collection by Miles Klee, a comedian, improviser, writer, and madcap genius
TRUE FALSE is a book unlike any other you'll have read, and the stories you'll find here, a lot of them only a few pages long, should be perfect palate cleansers as we're getting ready for the holidays and consume way too many cookies. In TRUE FALSE, you’ll find stories on Pythagoras, privatized prisons, a bitter shark, Depression-era robbers, a corporate race to produce an artificial version of love, and while I would say “and everything in between,” it’s hard to imagine what could possibly exist at the intersection of the above-listed, unless it’s a murderous swimming pool, in which case TRUE FALSE has that, too. Miles Klee's previous book, the novel IVYLAND, was also published by OR Books and received excellent reviews (see attached). Miles' writing has also appeared in McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, The Awl, The Collagist, The Huffington Post, The New York Observer, Salon, The Millions, and many other publications, online and off. And for those of you who are on Twitter, check out his feed, which is consistently hilarious, in a bizarre kind of way.

Comments

Miles Klee demonstrates a delightfully prehensile grasp of the more oblique peculiarities of sentience. Very highly recommended.
