Sullivan County, Georgia, belongs to Sheriff Emma Williams. But when Rangers posted to the local base are implicated in a major crime, the Army challenges her jurisdiction.

An elite team of investigators, led by Major Jeremiah Cook, are called to The Summer House, a grand old place on a lake that's now locked down for a forensic investigation.
