The characters Megan and Tom are captivating and the concept clever. The setting of San Juan Island makes for perfect escapism. The novel is romantic, clever, moving and completely original.

The familiarity of the Groundhog Day story with a completely fresh twist is both comforting and refreshing.

Annette Christie is a Canadian-American hybrid with a BFA in Theatre and a history of very odd jobs. She's had articles featured in various publications including HelloGiggles and The Guardian, and the back of her head is featured prominently in the film Mean Girls. She currently resides in Alberta with her husband and two children. Her debut young adult novel, Dear Nemesis, will be published in Fall 2020 with Audible Originals. The Rehearsals is her adult debut.
