Kardian is a certified New YorkState/FBI defensive tactics instructor, a general topics instructor, and an expert on criminal psychology. He received a black belt in Kyokushin and holds the rank of 3rd degree Black Belt in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, a rare accomplishment shared by a small group of Americans.
