Horse whisperer, Andrew Froggatt, works with horses written off as 'un-trainable' by others and achieves great success.

Andrew has special skills as a horse whisperer. He can train the wildest horse, and he’s worked with thousands of horses over the years, from wild, untouched horses, pony club ponies, riding for the disabled horses, through to top level show horses, jumpers and racehorses, especially those that don't like the starting gate. Over time, Andrew has developed a system that consistently works to fix problems and bring out the very best in all horses. He is a master at building relationships, establishing trust, respect and creating the right environment, turning rogues into winners. But he also has the skill to relate/translate what he is doing to make it relevant and easy to understand for us. Andrew has also used these skills in obtaining fantastic results in working with troubled youth as well as corporate managers. He has run these powerful, highly successful courses for an increasingly impressive list of clients: All Black coach, Steve Hansen, the Super 15 rugby coaches, corporate companies such as Downer Construction, ASB Bank, Crown Law, Wellington Zoo, Transpower NZ, NZ Post, KiwiRail and the NZ Army. He has won three business awards for his work. ANDREW FROGGATT lives in beautiful Queenstown with his partner Sam Glazebrook, and together they run their business ‘Lead the Way’.
