Laced with anecdotes and lessons learned from Antonia’s own experience as a single mom, TV personality, and chef, the cookbook will take a light-hearted, humorous approach to encouraging mothers to use both cooking and dining at home as means to enhance relationships. As a chef and a mother, Antonia knows the bonds families create around bread and cheese, fruits and veggies, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Antonia Lofaso is a professional chef and single mother living in Los Angeles with her 9-year-old daughter. A graduate of the French Culinary Institute, she has worked as Executive Chef at Spago and Foxtail restaurants in L.A. Her current restaurant is Black Market in L.A. She was a private chef for celebrities, such as Ryan Seacrest and Eddie Murphy. She placed fourth in Season 4 of Top Chef and third in Top Chef All-Stars.
