SWINGLAND
Between the Sheets of the Secretive, Sometimes Messy, but Always Adventurous Swinging Lifestyle
The raucously funny and revealing story of one single man’s journey into the swinger lifestyle that will pull back the curtain on one of the most secretive and fascinating communities in the nation.
SWINGLAND is the story of one man’s journey from the sexual desert to the Promised Land of swingers, threesomes, foursomes, moresomes, and other activities for the inhibition-free. All are welcome, but bring flip-flops (it can get messy).
With warmth, humor, and complete openness, Daniel Stern shares his transformation from a shy straight male who couldn’t get a date, to a sexual adventurer and one of the most sought after “singles” in the fast-growing, underground American swinging scene. A decade later, he’s seen it all, and is brave enough to share his hard-earned knowledge with the rest of the world. There are bumps and bruises along the way. Countless rejections, missed opportunities, and one very special AARP orgy. But slowly and surely this "Vanilla" newbie becomes a much sought-after partner for couples looking to spice up their relationships. In SWINGLAND, Stern not only pulls back the curtain on one of the most secretive and fascinating communities in the nation, but gives practical, tongue-in-cheek advice to anyone looking to venture into the Lifestyle. DANIEL STERN is Director of Operations at an entrepreneurial company. In addition to his sexual hobbies and adventures, he is also a screenwriter and placed in the top four in Project Greenlight and was a Sundance Lab screenwriting finalist. He has a BA in English Literature and Theatre from Wake Forest University and an MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School. He lives in Los Angeles.
