Stand up paddling is recreational fun for the whole family. Moreover, SUP is an integral workout for improving endurance and strength.

Stand up paddling – riding a board standing upright and using a long canoe paddle – is the growing trend for lakes, rivers and seashores. This “everyday life“ version of surfing is easily accessible: boards can be rented anywhere, keeping your balance is easy, fun is guaranteed.

This way of gliding on the water has predecessors and a history, too. But it was only after the stars of surfing discovered stand up paddling and perfected materials and technique that the new trend sport took off. It exercises the whole locomotor system. With a proper board and fitting paddle it offers sport and fun on standing and running waters – from river tripping to surf riding.
