While Sipsy-Doozy is ingeniously organized in a way that allows any curious imbiber to navigate recipes, what's more admirable is the way every page is a piece of Nicholas Hamilton tracing his own journey exploring this obsession. I'll argue anyone can write a cocktail book?but very few can illustrate a life inspired like Hamilton has.

Sipsy-Doozy is the perfect balance between being respectful of the classic while also shaking up something new entirely. Each cocktail leaps off the page with its unique combinations, yet remains wonderfully approachable. It will be hard to choose one?guess I'll have to make them all!
