Martina Nova, MCP, RCC, is a dedicated trauma-informed therapist and Clinical Director in Vancouver, BC. With over a decade of experience in community mental health, health authorities, and private practice, she specializes in supporting individuals and couples through challenges such as anxiety, trauma, ADHD, people-pleasing, and relational issues. As a first-generation Canadian, born in Slovakia and raised in Canada, Martina brings a unique cultural perspective to her practice. She is also a mother of two and the author of a therapy journal.
