Mothers are often the last ones to sleep in their homes, no matter the age of their children. Newborn babies, unsettled toddlers, fear, crazy schedules, and endless responsibilities all steal a mom's good night of rest. But the late nights don't just wear on a momma physically. There is something about a quiet and dark house that causes thoughts, anxiety, and stress that have been ignored throughout the day to rise to the surface of a mother's heart when the world goes around her goes still.

It doesn't have to be this way. Moms don't have to feel alone, because there are women across the world awake when they are, doing the very same things they are. And there is a God who wants to meet them right there in the darkness.

In this new book, Becky Thompson and her mom, Susan Pitts, bring support and hope into a momma's hands, translating what began online into a physical reminder to every mom that the Lord is with her. Each prayer will begin with the familiar opening, "Tonight, we pray for the momma who...." In language that might describe her day, her lifestyle, or her emotions, each mom will see either herself or someone she knows in every prayer.

The page has been viewed by 10 million unique visitors and currently has 587k followers

EASY TO NAVIGATE: The book is set up with DAILY PRAYERS and a scripture that walk through each calendar date. A TOPICAL INDEX is included in the back so that a reader can find hope for what is weighing heaviest on her heart at any time.

FOSTERS SENSE OF COMMUNITY: Each devotion includes a prompt asking who this night's prayer is being prayed for, furthering a sense of community--especially if the reader shares her prayer with the other mom she is praying for. Praying the same prayer on the same night as multitudes of other moms will strengthen the reader's heart and her sense of community. Readers will also be encouraged to join the Midnight Mom Facebook page to further their community of praying mommas. MOM or MOMMA? The Facebook page is Midnight Mom Devotional, but Becky traditionally uses the Southern word "momma" in conversation and postings.

Becky Thompson is the author of Hope Unfolding, Love Unending, and Truth Unchanging. Speaking to the often overlooked struggle of balancing life as a wife, mother, and daughter of God, Becky's candid way of sharing her heart both online and on her top Christian podcast, Revived Motherhood, extends an invitation for women to feel as though they have gained a friend and encountered hope-filled truth. Becky lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Jared, and their three young children. Susan Pitts lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Marc. They have been married for forty years, and together host conferences and events, ministering across the state. Susan spends much of her time as the Midnight Mom Devotional Prayer pastor, praying for the thousands of requests that come in from around the world. She has two adult daughters and three grandchildren. In her free time, Susan enjoys trying to keep her New England garden alive in Oklahoma red dirt soil.
