Angus grew up in Taiwan and Canada and graduated at the top of his class at New York's prestigious French Culinary Institute. From there, Angus staged at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the world , finally ending up at award-winning chef and author David Thompson's London restaurant Nahm where he fell in love with Thai food.
