books, including Le nouveau potager (The New Vegetable Garden) and Les platesbandes gourmandes (Gourmet Garden Beds) (Éditions du Journal, 2017 and 2018) and is a regular guest on radio and TV programs.

Daniel Gingras, PhD is a research entomologist at the IRDA research and development institute for the
agri-environment. Through his research, he is working to develop new anti-pest strategies for commercial
crops that are friendlier for the environment and our health.
