Tracy follows the invitation from her brother Roy and leaves California for the island of Komodo in Indonesia. Neglected by her husband and exhausted by their young twin children, this exotic trip gives her hope for a time out: a week of diving with sharks and manta rays. Tracy finds her divorced brother's life more chaotic than expected. The tensions become harder to bear. What was supposed to become an oportunity for two adult siblings to reconnect turns into a rivalry. A duel begins and, for Tracy, each dive into the fascinating underwater world leads to a more violent descent into herself until the point of no return.
