Jane Webster runs The French Table cookery school in Normandy: food and travel tours based at Chateau Bosgouet.

Jane Webster bought an unrenovated chateau in Normandy, just outside Paris, in 2004. She then decided to move her whole family (husband and four young children) to France for the year of renovating the chateau and setting up her life-long dream of a cookery school. Now, moving between France and Australia each year, she has finally found her bearings in this part of the world. This, Jane's second book, shows us what it is like to live like a local in a French village. She has worked with local workman and experts to further restore the vast and very run down chateau.
