Mia Rigden is a board-certified nutritionist, trained chef and founder of RASA, a private nutrition practice based in Santa Monica, California. She works with clients globally through one-on-one nutrition coaching and her signature whole foods detox, The RASA Challenge. She has built an Instagram following of over 13K and sends a weekly newsletter to a list of over 3k people.
She holds a Masters in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and is board certified through the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS). Additionally, she has a BA in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a Grand Diplome of Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Institute) and has completed the Institute of Integrative Nutrition's Health Coaching course.
