EVER THE HUNTED

17-year-old Britta Flannery is at ease only in the woods with her dagger and bow. She's spent her days tracking criminals alongside her father, the legendary bounty hunter for the King of Malam—that is, until her father was murdered. Now outcast and alone, and having no rights to her father's land or inheritance, she seeks refuge where she feels most safe: the Ever Woods. Britta's ability to decipher truth from lie convinces her of Cohen's innocence, but proving it to Lord Jamis isn't easy. Britta must find her father's real killer in the midst of two warring countries, and if she can't, Britta must ultimately decide whose life is worth more: hers or Cohen's.
