More Dinners with the Girls is a tribute to solidarity between women and the power of friendship

Pascale Wilhelmy and her lively, heartfelt writing first introduced readers to five very different friends three years ago. Now we find the same narrator and characters, Lili, Alex, Kim and Juliette facing everything life brings—happiness, challenges, uncertainty and all. During the dinners they cherish, the five friends touch on the hottest topics—being a mother, or not, polyamory, loneliness, ambition, family, and unlikely encounters, however pleasant or unpleasant. Their times together end in the craziest of laughs or the warmest of hugs, because sometimes things don't go so well. Because friends are there to help one another.

Pascale Wilhelmy is an author, journalist and columnist. Over the years, she has written for all the major dailies in Quebec as well as for a number of magazines. Pascale Wilhelmy has published four novels with Libre Expression, including Où vont les guêpes quand il fait froid ? (Where Do Wasps Go When It Gets Cold?), shortlisted for the Archambault Literary Award 2013. In October 2016, she created the blog Le beau, le bon, le bien, which she updates regularly with the things she finds and thinks.
