For Glory, life inside the domed city of Haven is anything but safe. After rescuing her brother, Glory returns to Haven as a double agent to locate and save fellow Deviants. Far from her fam- ily, Glory faces danger at every turn as she trains to be a Compliance Officer—to track and subdue her own kind—while she works undercover to rescue as many Deviants as she can.

When her supposed allies turn against her, Glory questions everything she believes and can no longer tell her friends from her foes. Maureen McGowan left a career in finance and software development to pursue her love of fiction, honing her craft as a novelist. Aside from her love of the printed word, she’s passionate about art, dance, films, fine handcrafted objects, and shoes. She lives and writes in Toronto, Canada. The final book in the Dust Chronicles series will be published by Amazon Children’s in spring of 2014. A short story set in the same world will be published by McGraw Hill Canada this past fall as part of their iLit educational anthology.
