CHARACTEROLOGY
We Are All Characters
Characters include three human factors essential for our life: Emotionality, Activity and Time (or Duration). They make the eight characters that base characterology: passionate, choleric, phlegmatic, hothead, sentimental, nervous, amorphous, apathetic.
But Characterology does not only concern character traits. Its first function is, for everyone, to find openness and freedom. Preaching self-knowing and others-knowing, it identifies everyone as a human being. Building our character is controlling our emotionality, our activity and our time. Characterlogy tries to restore to everyone its deep and intimate being.
In our times, a personality path is depicted, different for each one but common for everyone: vital, minimal, individual, concrete.
A philosopher and psychanalyst, Roger Dadoun published many books, including a biography of Sigmund Freud in 2015.
