Broomhilda is a studious witch who does things by the spellbook, while Poppy is a free-spirited human inventor who rigs up broomsticks out of pool cues and potpourri. In Book One: A WOBBLY START, they team up to fix the Assistant Minister for Transportation's fiendishly wonky broom.
