With an eye turned perpetually toward the gruff and distant Puffer, Lourd illustrates how those closest to us can cause the most hurt, even as we seek their approval.

He currently serves as a board member on the Cedar Sinai Department of Surgery Advisory Committee, CEO of the Just Keep Living Foundation, and is on the Motion Picture Television Fund Professional Advisory Commission. A native of New Iberia, Louisiana, Blaine currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and sons.
