Audi RS

In 1994 Audi launched the first RS models – RS2 hit the road with a remarkable 315 horsepower and Audi’s ‘trademark’ Quattro four-wheel drive system as standard. It was developed in cooperation with Porsche, whose engineers contributed brakes and wheels. Also some design features such as a lowered chassis or the red brake callipers derived from Porsche. While the first RS models were released as estate cars, further lines were based on the A4, the A6 and the A5 coupe models.
