THE AUTHOR:

Being a studied anthropologist and journalist working for various arms and hunting magazines, Carsten Bothe gained his outdoor experience while serving in the German army as commanding officer. He successfully published many other books on the outdoors such as Wilderness Living, Cooking with the Dutch Oven, Home Butchering, Knifes and Cooking on an open fire.
