Pamela Weiss is the first and only lay Buddhist practitioner in the Suzuki Roshi Soto Zen lineage to receive full authorization as a lineage holder, and one of a small number of Buddhist teachers trained in two traditions. She is also an entrepreneur, CEO, and executive coach, and a pioneer in bringing Buddhist principles.
