This page explains the user network fo vendors, agents and subagents

User Network

  • registered users join the network
  • the user network is accessible to all user
  • users are encouraged to specify their fields of interest

Contact Request

  • users have to connect before they can interact with each other
  • to connect with a user, send contact request
  • when making their first submission request to a vendor, editors simultaneously request the vendor to accept their contact request
  • when a vendor accepts the contact request from an editor, then the editor can view and browse the catalog but not download any documents

My Contacts

  • once accepted, users will be among my contacts
  • requests can be denied or revoked

Team Connections

  • normally, it is not necessary to connect one team with another team
  • connect with other teams from the network only if you work together as if the same company
