At 17, Nadine’s entire life seems to stop when she receives a letter from her first love and ex-boyfriend, Florian, telling her that he has AIDS. A blood transfusion with contaminated blood had infected him just weeks before they became a couple. And Nadine knows they didn’t use condoms since she was on the pill...


Nadine reacts with denial, rage and confusion. After hesitating for a short while, she is tested for AIDS: she is HIV-positive. Her world is falling apart. What is she supposed to do? She has to find friends she can confide in – at the same time she is afraid of their reaction. With whom can she speak about it? But most of all she wants to know how much time she has left...
